Conditions

  1. After receipt of your booking-form you get a written confirmation for checking our agreement.
  2. We don't calculate booking-fees
  3. The advance for the booking of a camping pitch or for the rent of a site-caravan is 30% of the full price for the booked period.
  4. The advance has to be paid in our account between two weeks after booking.
  5. Your booking is definitive after we have received your advance.

Cancellation:

  1. We only deal with written cancellations
  2. Cancellation of a camping pitch:
    If you cancel a camping pitch, we will charge you the 30% advance of the full price for the booked period
  3. Cancellation of the site-caravan:
    - cancellation more than three months before the date of arrival, we will charge you 30% of the agreed upon price (= advance)
    - cancellation between two to three months, 50% of the agreed upon price
    - cancellation between one to two months, 75% of the agreed upon price
    - cancellation within one month, 90% of the agreed upon price
    - cancellation at the date of arrival, we will charge you 100% of the agreed upon price
  4. We recommend you to effect a cancellation-insurance!
Arrival/Departure:

1. Your booked camping pitch / site-caravan will be available at 1. P.M. the day of arrival
2. The day of departure you have to leave your camping pitch / site-caravan before 12 o'clock
3. If you leave earlier than the booked date, you have to pay the full price of the booked period
